Misté is a faucet water filter, not a traditional water softener. Its filtration system helps reduce chlorine, sediment and other impurities, but it does not remove the dissolved calcium and magnesium responsible for water hardness.

Misté is designed for filtering tap water for hand washing and personal care. It is not intended to produce drinking water.

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return of Misté Source. For all other products, including replacement filter cartridges purchased separately, the standard 14-day withdrawal period applies.
